Increasing trend for collaborative techniques and behavioural improvements sees JCP positioned for growth

2015 is off to a cracking start for JCP. As more forward thinking organisations understand the value behavourial improvements can bring to their business performance, more companies are looking to JCP to help them realise their potential.

"2015 will be a busy year for us, says Director Simon Vaughan. “We have already welcomed 3 new associates to our company and we are delighted with the range of skills and experience they bring to the fold, and the value they will be bringing clients. Following the departure of one of our founding shareholders who left to pursue new opportunities, we also took the opportunity to strengthen our board structure with additional sector and international experience. Together with the launch of our new brand due in April, we are now perfectly positioned to meet the growing demand for our services."

JCP has a long history of developing alliances and delivering behavioural improvements across a variety of sectors. "With a growing percentage of marks in bids being awarded for behavioural aspects, it is becoming increasingly important that JCP is able to help our clients maximise this opportunity. With our new brand, our growing team and experienced management, I am excited about the prospects for 2015," concludes Simon.
