2016 is set to be another year of growth and development for JCP, with the recruitment of 6 new associates and extensive new business in the rail, nuclear and utilities sectors.
"As more and more businesses recognise that traditional contracting doesn't work and are searching for alternative ways to secure programme improvements, they look to us to for the key to success, says Simon Vaughan, JCP Director.
"It's becoming increasingly clear that behavioural changes rather than process improvements bring the sustainable differences that really make for long-term meaningful change. That takes time and effort but many progressive businesses are looking to make the commitment. As a result, we've seen a marked increase in the number of businesses who are calling on JCP's expertise to help them invest in new and different ways of working."
Part of JCP’s plans for 2016 include the launch of a powerful new measurement tool which benchmarks a business’ current behavioural impact and sets an action plan for tangible performance improvement; and the on-going support and promotion of the Government’s Alliancing Code of Practice, of which Simon is an IUK steering committee member.
"I'm delighted to welcome so many new associates to JCP who, as well as further enhancing JCP’s expertise, also bring a raft of new skills and approaches to our business. This is an exciting time for JCP and for companies who are looking to make 2016 the year they make a difference", concludes Simon.
