Alliancing and collaboration specialists JCP Consultancy is delighted to announce that it has been accepted as a member of the Major Projects Association (MPA).
The MPA was founded in 1981 to enable organisations engaged in planning, delivering and supporting major projects to share their experience, knowledge and ideas. The Association maintains a selective 100 or so members, including leading commercial companies such as Siemens and IBM, key government departments and academic bodies.
As a company leading and influencing best practice in alliancing and collaboration on large projects, JCP’ membership to the Association will both contribute to these discussions, and enable JPC to learn and gain insights and awareness that can help clients to achieve major project success.
"We are delighted to have been accepted into the MPA,” said Simon Vaughan, MD at JCP Consultancy. “We are always keen to share good practice across sectors. Membership will help us achieve our primary goal of supporting clients to embed authentic collaboration at all levels, resulting in better project and programme outcomes for stakeholders and customers. I am looking forward to creating mutually beneficial relationships with all MPA members.”
“The aim of the Major Projects Association is to improve the initiation and delivery of major projects,” said Manon Bradley, Development Director at the MPA. “Membership includes the most significant projects, clients, contractors and consultants in this arena. The Association is delighted to welcome JCP into the membership to bring their particular voice to our ongoing conversation about best practice.”
